VFW Action Corps Alert: Release Marine Sgt. From Mexican Jail Take Action!   Background: VFW National Commander John W. Stroud is urging President Obama to intervene immediately and secure the release of Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi from a Mexican jail.  The VFW believes a simple phone call between President Obama and Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto can expedite Marine Sgt. Tahmooressi's release. In the meantime, the VFW is asking America's nearly 22 million veterans to boycott all travel to Mexico and the purchase of its goods.   Action Needed: Email the President and demand that he call Mexican President Nieto today!
